Shipping

How long it will take to receive my order?

Within 5 working days, your order will be ready to ship. For orders within 48 contiguous states, your shirts will be delivered in 5-10 days. We'll ship your order from our production factory in Saddle Brook New Jersey by USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Can I ship to a hotel where I will be a guest?

For those who need Rush Order, We offer 3 Rush Order options that can be ready in a Day, 2 Days, or 3 Days. In most cases, we do not charge for the Rush Service; however, additional cost may have to be applied depending on your order.

How long it will take to receive my order?

Yes. You must confirm with your hotel whether or not packages can be received. Many hotels require that the guest has checked in before receiving packages. Also, please give us the full hotel name, your full name (or whose name the room is registered in) and roo number (if available), full street number, full street name, city, state, province, country and zip (postal) code. We are not responsible if a package is not received due to hotel policies or if you haven't arrived and the package is refused by the hotel.

Will you ship my order without payment?

Unless you have an approved Purchase Order, your order will not be shipped without full payment. We do require resolution of any payment issues. Before we ship your order, we will always contact you if there's a problem..

Pricing

What factors may affect pricing for my order?

Pricing is determined with various factors: Brand, Style, Quantity per order, ink Color, number of printing colors, embroidery stitches and decorating location. In general, more quantity ordered lowers the price. White T-shirts are cheaper than colored shirts an less ink color will lowers the price. Sizes from XS-XL will have the same prices and plus size from 2XL and up will cost you more starting at $1.50 Up.

What is the best way to get a best pricing

We recommend you to prepare your ideas like shirt color, design, method of imprinting, and quantity. Also you should place your order at least 2 weeks earlier than the date needed.

How can I get a quote for my order?

You can get a quote on your shirts at our website by clicking "Quick Quote" . Our specialist will give you an estimate within 30 minute. If you have an artwork ready, please upload to obtain a more accurate pricing.

Will I still get a bulk discount if I order different colored shirts or different colored ink but with the same design?

For the embroidery order, you can choose shirt color without having the price change. In screen printing, the same applies but you need to keep the printing color the same in order to preserve bulk discount.

  • For example, if same design is used on both 100 red and 100 black, the price will be still considered as price for 200 one color shirt
In the case of ink color change, if the shirts require different color inks, there will be additional cost of $15.00/color change.

Please specify what color garments get what color inks in the description of design box as well.

Will I still get a bulk discount if I have different designs on different shirts?

No. having different designs on different shirts will not grant a bulk discount because each design is considered one order with its own pricing. For example, if total of 500 shirts are ordered and one design is applied on 250 and another is applied on the other 250, the order is priced as two separate orders consisting of 250 shirts.

Changes to Orders

Can I add more shirts to my order once the order has been placed?

Yes but with conditions. You can add shirts to the order but within a given timeframe. The sooner you let us know of additional sizes, the better. We recommend contacting us by the second or third business day at the latest. Also, changes cannot be made in rush orders. Adding shirts may delay the production time of your order.

Can I change the sizes in my order once the order has been placed?

Yes, but there will be an additional fee resulting from the change to your original order. Making changes are not recommended once the order has been placed.

What happens if I cancel my order?

There will be a $50 cancellation fee as well as 20% restocking fee for the ordered garments.

Payment

Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?

Yes. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit card and Paypal for payment. Please have in mind that the billing address you enter must match the address your credit company has on file or your order will not be processed.

Do you accept Personal Check or Company check for the payment?

Yes. You can pay with your Personal Check or Company Check as a payment method.

Return Policy

We, Wisco Promo & Uniform, take pride in supplying shirts exactly the way you want it. We are happy to offer a money back guarantee if our work was unsatisfactory.

Acceptable Reasons for Return

Wisco Promo & Uniform will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

  1. The product is physically defective (holes, tears, etc.),
  2. The quality of screen printing, embroidery, etc is not of a commercially acceptable level
  3. The Design on the products noticeably different than the final proof you approved.


Variance in Ink Colors & Thread Colors

Please note that due to different monitor settings, the colors represented on online may not match the actual ink or thread colors on your garments. We are not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of bot ink and thread colors are available upon request.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one online or reference our size chart for more information. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

How to Request a Return
